This seems like it could've been scrapped due to it being very op that you could run that fast, or that escorting survivors would be impossible since they couldn't keep up
Oh man, this would have been so fun to have. I'm surprised they cut it, especially since its for an endgame reward and wouldn't really break the challenge of the game since you'd have already beat it multiple times by this point...

a bit of both, it was cut and STiP0 Modded it in however i'm assuming it was left in the game files so STiP0 never made this animation, hence its not completely new :P
No offense, but how can you have the Mega Buster but still be at only level 4?! I passed level 26 doing nothing but killing the 53,000+ zombies to get the buster, lol.

I can't believe this was dummied out, especially since the Proto Man costume in OTR has a special running animation for the full costume.

Most likely time constraints. If you pick stuff up with the running animation in use it clips through him.

Overpowered, makes speed upgrade and quick step useless and zombies less threatening.

You got zombie walk, it's better, oh and quickstep, maybe skateboard? If you don't like those then maybe DR3 or DR4 is the best for you.

I lock my level to 4 as a Beta recreation thing, internally i'm level 255.
