The Parade of homes features the best of the best new and remodeled homes in Orlando for the past 67 years, and this year we are bringing some of the entries to you Virtually, hosted by EmCee Justin Pekarek.
Greg Hardwick and his team, along with Ted Maines interiors and the Owners of this Winter Park home completely transformed this late 90's era home into what you see today. With a classic front elevation and upper balcony, fitting perfectly into the charming tree-lined street, to the more open foyer with wood inlays, and calming office- overlooking new black framed windows and bringing in more natural light to the space.
The dining room has a blue and gold glam feel, with more millwork, and was smartly changed from a french door to a window to close off the formal space.
The kitchen saw the bulk of the gutting- including removing a wall and re-insulating the ceiling under the tongue-in-groove panels, and adding all new cabinetry, island, quartz counters, moving a window, and more.
an 18 foot accordion door welcomes you out to the pool area and guest house (which is why you can see this lot was so special). And a new summer kitchen area was added under covering of the black roofline.
