This house is 44 years old it's like you stepped back into a Time capsule the furniture is old and outdated everything in it needs to be updated and brought to the Future. This is an investor rehab.
Like walking back in time. Looks like nothing was changed since the 70’s. Wow!

Before the tour I'm thinking "How can this property be only $5.5 million?" I guess when they figure you'll need to spend another $5 million on renovations. I actually love this property. Very unique house and that property itself. Thanks, Mike and Haley, for a look at this glorious, gaudy, time capsule.
Update the interior of this home and it would be awesome. The exterior of the home is still relevant today. The modern design of this home makes it so timeless.

Waaaaay dated look and too overpriced, will need millions more in landscaping and interior modernization to look clean and function up to date.
