SHOPS Plus project overview and impact - remarks from Director Susan Mitchell

Sustaining Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) Plus is USAID’s flagship initiative in private sector health. Since 2015, the project has sought to catalyze public-private engagement to improve health outcomes.
As part of final dissemination activities, the project will host a four-part series of capstone webinars reflecting on global investments and field programs with USAID Missions.
In this video, Susan Mitchell, SHOPS Plus Project Director, kicks off the end-of-project event series with an overview of the project and a reflection on its impact.
