This video showcases a water channel located in Thagus Valley, situated on the Siachen Road in District Ghanche, Gilgit-Baltistan. This channel was constructed in 2017 under the supervision of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), with the collaboration of the local community and the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.
The primary purpose of this project was to transform a barren area into fertile land. However, during the construction of this channel, some individuals tragically lost their lives.
