Andy, Patrice…have y’all ever heard of the Timber Creek community in McKinney? I’ve never heard you guys mention it…why not? You guys should do a video on it…so close to hwy 75 and Painted Tree is coming soon!

Never considered Plano or McKinney. Frisco, maybe. Ended up buying where everyone is moving to Prosper/Celina.

I would like to know the political and diversity differences between McKinney, Frisco and Plano. I have heard Plano is liberal and has soft-spot for homeless people, true?
All three cities are conservative mostly. Both plano and mckinney are split in half by the 75 freeway. I would say anything west of the 75 will be more like Frisco.
So higher taxes in Prosper & Celina?
What is so bad about east plano that you guys keep saying it’s not so nice? It’s ghetto
Thanks for watching. The schools are not rated as high east of 75 is the main reason. It's much older as well which is not a bad thing. However something that most of our clients who are exploring Plano are not interested in.
Is it possible to purchase a SFH in either of these areas for $250k-300k?
It's possible but is getting increasingly harder. The main concern is in that price range you are competing against cash offers.
