Came here after the Llamas With Hats epilogue. My god, what an experience it is to watch this. Steele, if you ever read this, I'm grateful I had the opportunity to watch Charlie the Unicorn way back in early UA-cam, and I'm thankful I had the opportunity to watch this series right now. Between all the disturbing imagery and recurrent apocalyptic scenarios, your web movies still never fail to comfort me.
"We gave a lot of babies a lot of guns" Leave it to you guys to make such funny yet profound lines. The ship dying was genuinely heartbreaking, comedy aside. Like. Damn. I've never thought about what a computer must feel while its being taken over by a virus, but I'll sure as hell never forget now. The "Ghost" reveal was also great, especially with how that let Nil attempt to redeem his specie's hubris, if only a little. Hell of a series.
So happy that Shadowstone Park is getting the love that it deserves. Was super sad that it was discontinued, but I'm excited for the next part. Reminds me a bit of Twin Peaks.

Can you understand me? It can not be emphasised enough how genuinely amazing I think Darius and Nill are. Both are hilarious and tragic characters, as well as how almost all of their dialogue and actions are so different with the context of the ending.

Where, at said funeral, their carefully manufactured public image is dismantled by Zute. Darius, the noble king who was secretly a pervert set to go to Owl Hell vs. Chalice, the poo poo purveyor whose good deeds will be hailed in his absence as he thinks about Heaven.
“Oh no!! My leaf!!!!!” What a wonderful series. The writing was fantastic and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of it. I can’t believe this doesn’t have more views.

This is a damn masterpiece. Hits hard, true, and home. Never thought in my life I'd hear what a ship thinks and sounds like as it is corrupted and dies from the inside out. Or that a horny owl managed to belay many, many innocent deaths. FilmCow, I don't know how you keep doing it, but I'm grateful.
2149 became 2147 because "their deaths are now permanently reflected in my name. It is a shame I'll carry for the rest of my life." ...2147 became Nil. Zero. Was definitely not expecting their character to be so tragic.

Just finished a first watch myself, from what I understand, after life was going extinct, some super race created these simulations, and when a simulated charachter dies, their memories can stick around, or self delete. Still don't get the zombies, at all. Nor do I get what makes the Cat and the penguin so special "So, they can see the memories, but others can't"

I hope in the third season we'll get more details on how the animal's intelligences were being reverted, or see the process (like with Crush). They don't just return to being feral-- they seem to become rabid killers. Though I doubt it we'd get to see it, I'd also really like more info on the virus that hijacked the ships, or if it effected humans as well. I've read some theories from folks that claim it wouldn't effect people, but why? That would also explain the downfall of humanity a little more. But the beauty of FilmCow is the speculation and deeper meaning to it all. Questions like these usually don't get answered, and to great effect. Can't wait for the next season!

I had to stop and pause for a second because the nostalgia was off kilter for a second there, I didn't remember Ava being around so early in the series. I realized the first 3 episodes aren't a part of this and had to go watch those real fast.
the bear with the leaf is, in a way, a metaphor for the situation the recording ship has created. it creates minds and attaches identities to them, but how does the mind know its identity if it is no longer the bearer of its own sigil?
While this isn't "the cloak", it is a pretty nice series. Always love your longer series.... Would love more charlie teh unicron or more of the cloak... Or hungry the munchy cat with kenny jesus and yanny corn... .... I originally laughed when i first saw the cia reveal being the CIA... Round of applause for that one. Gosh, I love this series so much. I've watched the whole thing at least 6 or 7 times now, just some of the funniest, creepiest, most haunting storytelling I've ever seen. It really struck a cord, and I actually think this partially helped me decide to finally become vegan. Bravo, I hope there are more, but either way this will always be one of my favorites.
