I think i know why the devs deleted balloons cuz Umbra if u have the Umbra hat on someone, and u start to fall in the void u can probably teleport to the person u put on them

When you teleport you get invulnerability for 7 seconds and the enemy is slowed which gives you an advantage in pvp too
That kit that has the owl and bowed you off is called the whisperer kit and the they need to be helping the players that are closest to them and they are very vulnerable in that time
