but I cant root cause bootloader is locked, and unlocking bootloader does another wipe on the phone. then once Im rooted and run your utility, It wont recover anything because it wiped the "deleted files" i was trying to recover in the first place. Check the cable, if that isnt the problem, try restarting the phone and computer and use another port or check if dust is in either the cord or usb hub/port.
