    ICMR was biased to FMCG products like chips, chocolate, kurkure etc. as it plays a Major role in India's Economy in compared to Health Supplements. They knows that these so called FMCG products are also harmful as they contain artificial sweeteners way more. Ft. Hypocrisy ki bhi seema hoti h🤡

    Bro i respect you but who eats 400g of soya chunks i am consuming 95-100g soya chunks daily and still hitting my protein goals like you give an example of excess protein intake in same way it also applies for every single food currently i am taking 100g soya 100g dal raw and 70g rajma nd other things as well. And i am not facing any gut issues

      You are skinny so utne me tera chal jayega, he has more muscle mass so he needs to eat more. Also he might be in protein rich diet so low carbs so compensate karne k liye aur soya chunks khata hoga. Also this was back in the days when he didn't have money for whey protein.

    Question : As I am a beginner (just 2 weeks to joining date) . Is it good for me to go for "bro split" or "ppl program".
    I have 2 hrs in a day for training. what should I go for?

      When you are beginner, no matter what you do you will grow. Its simple as that. I have seen people start with bro splits and push pull leg split and still saw same muscle growth. When you are like 6-8 months in then it will get slow so thats when you have to be more consistent and discipline. Sure mei toh dumbell sung lega toh bhi body banjayegi 😂. But try to hit each muscle atleast two times a week

      It will support your back, bina belt pehne heavy squats or deadlifts karoge with wrong form toh back injury ho sakti hei, toh is necessary to get proper gym belt while doing these heavy workout. Baki workout mei nahi chaiye
