About me: I’m a mom stuck in the house with my 5 year old due to this Coronavirus scare and work / daycare/school/ everything shutting down I need a project and a protective style in case it gets real out here lol! My goal this year is to read the entire bible, I just completed day 74 of “the Bible in one year with Nicky Gumbel.” Just working on being a better person overall. Blessing to you and the fam!
Kudos. I have a 4 year old, 2 year old and I'm pregnant. These kids won't let me get anything done to my hair. I think I have a couple dreads in the back!!! 😂😓
As a nurse, I love crochet and other protective styles that keep my hair "under wraps" while I'm working. I have done my own hair, almost exclusively, for most of my life, so I'm always looking for styles that save time AND money! Needless to say, you ALWAYS come through on both! Thanks, and keep up the good work!
Loved your comment...I'm new to this crochet hair also and I did it for the very first time yesterday and I love it. I used the same hair that she did in the video but it's the shorter length. I got it on Amazon and it was a great value. So much hair for so little money. I'm not sure what they charge for this much hair in the store but I'll be getting more from Amazon. I think my hair looks great. It was super easy to do. I love it. Love it. Love it.
Something about me? Im ALWAYS inspired to take time for ME, beautifying and pampering ME, making ME feel good by watching ya vlogs. I always say, you look amazing and it makes me want to stay on my toes!
Jai Marii lol Please enter me in your giveaway I’m a mother of five adult children and eight grandchildren and one still baking 😂 Sometimes it’s had to do the adult thing but looking back on it I absolutely would not change a thing. The compliments are amazing and ego boosting to say the least. Loving this stage of my life #emptynesterandsinglelyfe

I love how this hair looks in an updo. I live in a warmer climate so this would be the perfect protective style for me. Fact about me: I'm semi addicted to pinterest; I love to make my own natural hair care and body products.
I'd love to win this hair. I've recently lost my job and could use a pick me up. Some new hair would be great as I take interviews and things. I always love your honest and simple videos. One of my favorite channels to watch. You always make styles look so effortless and give me the courage to tackle my own. I hope you choose me! I'll still keep watching either way!🤗💜
I'm the type of person that likes things simple and quick. So I don't do much with make up and usually resort to cooking simplistic meals. But hair is the one thing I'll go all out for. I'm a newbie at doing my own hair so it doesn't always come out great. But I love experimenting with it and learn how to care for it properly. I was told that our hair is a gift God gave us so taking care of it properly inspires others and brings glory to Him. Love your channel and the inspo you bring.💜
I am an older mom, a wife, and a nurse. I ❤ your channel and follow your IG cause you remind me of myself (when I was younger). You have inspired many hair do's and I thank you for being here for us. BTW the hair is gorgeous and have an awesome vacay!

I am a mom and a working woman so I now value DIYs. I still want to look cute on a budget and your video has been helpful. I love the hairstyle and would love to win the chance to do it myself. 😁😁
Enter me: I love crochet braids as a protective style. The longer my hair gets, the less I went to sit and have my hair braided individually. Especially with the zigzag braided pattern. It looks so much more natural
Enter me.Love this video. I've been binge watching these videos to learn the techniques. I have coins to save and now have the confidence to do these sort of hairstyles myself.

Fact about me: I'm working on my pre-nursing degree, almost done, while taking care of my 6 year old daughter. So worrying about what style to wear my thick, dense, tightly coiled hair is the least of my worries right now 😅. Need to take these mini twist out before I accidentally form locs lol.
I love the fact I can save many dollars by taking time with me, just doing my hair while spending this "me time" thinking; in addition being natural....going back to the basics!
I have been SEARCHING all over UA-cam for different braid patterns to make spring twists look more natural with crochet for the last 2 DAYS 😫 this was on time. God must've told you what I needed lol Awesome video and look 💙💚🧡

Comment about myself: I'm a confused human being who just changed my major because I want to do what I actually love instead of what my family wants me to do. So far, I'm lovingly decision.🙂

I have watched your videos back to back and appreciate that you still explain in every video instead of taking the "see my or other people's videos if you wanna know xyz".
About me: I'm [forever] recovering from a concussion and pinched nerve. One evolving goal for physical [and psychological] therapy is doing my own hair. Yes, 2hr styles may take 4-6 hours for me... but, I get it done😉 Go me!

God's Girl try twisting the individual strands of hair as you twist them together. Have you ever installed Marley twists, you know how you’re supposed to twist your hair around the piece of Marley hair as you twist the strands together? I keep that motion going all the way down and my twists always stay. Also, the kinkier the hair the easier they stay twisted. Make sure you keep even pressure and tension going all the way down the twist as well.
My name is trina i love your tutorials and ill always wanted twists in my hair but i worked 12hr shifts everyday i really need my hair done and i love the color and length also, god bless you and have a nice smile
@@DanielleLaShawnDefinteley some plants are more high maintenance than others! lol. One important thing to remember is that we are taking plants from their natural habitat into our own which oftentimes isn't ideal for them. We pick plants we like aesthetically without much thought as to what it will take to replicate their natural environment so that they can thrive in our homes. When selecting a plant always consider: Light, Water & Humidity. For instance, a Majesty Palm is a tropical plant. So it needs lots of bright light and moist (but not soggy soil) and moisture in the air (consider either a pebble tray or a humidifier). Don't let it dry out!! And fertilize during the spring and summer months. They are beautiful and air purifiers! Hope this helps :)
I would want you to know that I love watching your videos especially your hair videos. I have tried several styles that you did and the hairstyle came out amazing! You have saved me from bad hair days.. thank you so much 😊

Enter me! I've only been natural for 9 months, loving it so far. I had waist length relaxed hair since the age of 12. Always was able to go about 3 months before needing to touch up, but decided it was time to give my hair a break from all of the chemicals. Hoping to grow my hair the same length, but 100% natural this time around! Currently my natural hair is shoulder length when stretched. Love the style on you!
Hello, thank you for taking the time to demonstrate how to braid hair. You really have inspired me to become self-sufficient like yourself when it comes to braiding hair. I also have saved money not going to a shop. The passion twists hair from Amazon was fantastic and very light weight. Keep up the good work, I'll be following, can't wait for your next hair style. God bless you and your family.

Hello. I am curious about the end of the twist. Will the twist unravel if a knot is not in place?
alexandriaminor no unraveling from my end
God's Girl try twisting the individual strands of hair as you twist them together. Have you ever installed Marley twists, you know how you’re supposed to twist your hair around the piece of Marley hair as you twist the strands together? I keep that motion going all the way down and my twists always stay. Also, the kinkier the hair the easier they stay twisted. Make sure you keep even pressure and tension going all the way down the twist as well.
Just installed twists in my hair for the 1st time using your previous videos as a guide. Surprised at how well I did for my very 1st time. Thank you

I am learning a bunch about plants and their origin/benefits ❤️❤️👍🏾
@@CandyCane112 They have amazing benefits! I'll warn you though, it's easy to get addicted to buying them so watch out and pace yourself, lol!
I have 1 real plant... a majesty palm. I'm having a hard time keeping it alive and well. Plants are needy! lol but I love them.

I never thought I would be able to do my own hair. Now i just log on youtube find a style and get to it. I'm a new found house beautician for myself which saves me so much money.

Hi! I'm learning how to do my own crochet braids and your how-to videos certainly do help. I have three children living at home, the youngest is five, so I don't have alot of time on the weekends to be fooling around with my hair. Love the different crocheting methods and simplicity of your step-by-step instructions.
