This week we look at an entire week of training in the lead up to the Dunedin Half Marathon. If there's one thing that i've learnt in my 3-4 years of running it's that consistency tops everything.

Big fan. The only socks I wear now (apart from a couple pairs of feetures which are still good) I find the compression is good and I like the black and white colour ways over bright looking socks. The length is also great
With the Go Gels, do you buy them direct from BPN? Or do you grab them through somewhere else?
Really want to try them, but as you said they’re expensive to get in NZ/Aus
Yeah mate I buy direct from BPN. I was very lucky that they actually sent me out a care package in my last build. So I’m still working through that
Do u think the Superast 2s will be good for slower paces aswell around like 5:30 to 6:30km paces? I have the nimbus 25s and they are just too heavy and feel like they are draining my speed if that makes sense.
I’d probably recommend something like the Novablast (if you want to stay in the Asics lineup)

I agree mate. I do usually try and avoid any form of dairy before working out, doesn’t sit that great with me

Appreciate the feedback mate. We used the highest quality product and printers. That coupled with a small production run meant the cost is higher than your run of the mill hoodie. I appreciate they’re not for everyone, and that’s okay.

Had a look at the print and quality of it?.
The attention to detail Mac has put into these is impeccable, the quality is better than my Champion hoodies and a lot more comfortable.
Plus you are supporting a local creator instead of a big company, maybe think a bit more before ya comment champ.
