The Lost World of Genesis One

It is always a blessing to hear/see one of Dr. Walton's talks. His two books (The Lost Worlds of Genesis 1 and The Lost Worlds of Adam and Eve) helped me to harmoniously integrate my faith and my love for science. As a Biology student, I was not sure of how to interpret Genesis in light of the new and very compelling information I was learning in college about evolution. I was looking at the overwhelming evidence, but I also considered my faith to be an essential part of my life. I was able to find harmony between science and scripture and I was able to better understand God's nature and purpose, more powerful and magnificent than I could have ever imagined. Thanks for posting these videos.

I thoroughly enjoyed attending and hearing John's lectures at the Genesis Recast conference. Reading "The Lost World Of Genesis One" was a game changer for me. I still have a lot of processing to do on it as well. Thanks for making the videos available Jim!

Teach don't mock people for their misunderstandings. If you have knowledge impart that gem rather than repeating over and over what you feel.

Whoever filmed this could have done a better job. Not nearly enough time showing the slides. I had to pause several times to read every new bullet point.

Yeah, sorry about that. The camera at the presentation stayed on the subject. I plugged the slides into the presentation later so people could at least see them. It wasn't the same as being there, but I at least tried to convey the information. Thankfully there's a "pause" button. Sorry for the inconvenience. It was not the fault of the venue or the operators there, but mine as I slapped the sides in later. My apologies.
