Minor correction: Laos actually sends North Koreans back to North Korea. It’s Thailand that is one of the countries that send them to South Korea.
the facial detection stuff is really scary
small point on the last example... North Koreans who make it to South Korea are not "granted asylum". The Republic of Korea considers almost every resident of the DPRK as a citizen of the Republic of Korea.
100% false, every North Korean defector that can make it to South Korea is given Asylum and South Korean Citizenship.
@@Gyva02 what he is saying, is that they are already citizens of korea
@@Gyva02DPRK=North Korea
@@Gyva02he is saying they don't even need asylum as they are already citizens of South Korea. You can't seek asylum in your own country, logically doesn't make sense
@@adamwainright6708 North Korea and South Korea have their own different passports with each having a different set of countries they are allowed to enter and are thus recognized as different countries. TLDR: They are not the same country.
seen about 8 of these videos but they never stop getting old. great video
There was a lad who came to our school maybe 25 years ago called cheng sui we called him steve...he fled korea with his parents he now owns a burger van outside of b&q lovely lad
I looked up the population of north Korea and the number blew my mind 26 million thats 26 million undeserving people going through this
It's estimated to be 26 million but the 2018 census was cancelled and they try to estimate it based on how many politicians there are and school attendance. I suspect it's maybe a little higher than half that number. Too many famines and killings.
People have reported seeing miles of electric fences not only at the DMZ, but all over the entirety of both coasts of North Korea, encircling North Korea like a giant version of a prison's perimeter fence, literally turning North Korea into an open air prison. And Kim Jong-Un is the warden.
The geopolical analysis is just top tier on this
In 2097 : “Here are the reasons why you cannot escape 🇰🇵 ! 78th edition”
😂
Hopefully the North is reunited under Seoul by then
Places like this make me glad to be born in America I'm sure it has some problems but it's better than North Korea.
Fr😭
Thats was what I thought too, although I am not American. What if we were born there?
Man America ain’t much better. I have been to both. Their ain’t no fentanyl and crack or homeless in North Korea
@@bigricky5742 Well to me, the pros outweigh the cons in things in life. To me, North Korea has more cons than pros.
@@bigricky5742there certainly is homelessness in nk lmao just no drugs, at least on the streets
One of the reasons is because some videos explain details of some of the escape routes.
What if Korea never got split and just had the South's regime?
12:40 I wonder why those 2 North Koreans were given asylum by Russia 🤔
Doubt it since NK and Russia actually work together. NK has timber slave camps in Russia.
3:08 he literally said that in the video 😂😂
And I’m proud to be in America….
Cause at least I know I’m freeeeeee
Replace "America" with 90% of the countries on Earth and the statement still applies. The U.S. ain't unique in that regard lmao
@@AndyJayRayy i think he was referencing the song
Lol, how many videos of these are there now?
Rinse and repeat.
Would be nice to have the US Southern Border like the border between the Koreas...
Amen! 👏🏼 Or like the border at Mexico/Guatemala. 👌🏼
no it wouldn't
@@NBrioDaZueraRules Yes, it would.
@@Jaxxonian123 no it wouldn't
What about Dennis Kim from that one episode of the Big Bang Theory? He got out of North Korea.
You can't get out because it's designed for no-one to get in. 🤷
So how did most peoples escape?
North Korea is such a brutal and bizarre country... just like Russia at the moment, where you get arrested for holding a blank piece of paper into the air.
Or the US, where you get arrested for telling someone to speak English
@@klown463speak English
@@Edgar-th1zk now do it on camera and call the police
@@klown463 that would be a super weird thing to do. And the police would be like…we are speaking English. And I would be like yeah I know but I just needed to comply with some random online troll bot. And they would be like you need to get out of the UA-cam comments section. And I would be like don’t judge what I do when I’m drunk in bed.
@@Edgar-th1zk and then you would be put in cuffs for committing a “hate crime” lmao
Damn that Kim family escape, would make a hell of a movie if done right.
Wouldn't the country where people aren't allowed to go, filled with indigenous people, be the most isolated country in the world?
Man what a sad life they have
This is just sad man
Ccp should never repatriated North Korean
bcz u say so?
still that wont stop them from escaping their living nightmare
Can get through a single video without a UA-camr trying to smoothly insert an advertisement. Pushing products you don’t use is disgraceful.
Would be easier than playing chess 🤔
🍿
Uhh, my classmate’s grandparents escaped North Korea, so yeah, people can escape North Korea, goober.
well of course they can but consider they probably escaped a while ago before Kim Jong Un, the person in the video mentioned that it used to be easier to escape
I was the few lucky to have escaped North Korea 😊
야, 지랄 하지마.
Yeah, let’s see who tries to defend the Kim dynasty with this.
Your numbers are wrong, from the past 3 years the ones who got to South Korea were higher than what you had posted.
Do a video on South Ahh please...🙏🏾
Idk about heaven or hell. But i do known evil exists. We see it more and more now. Even in america
Who’s read 1984 by George Orwell lately?
@@Keez757 Yes. It was also a warning against facism.
Hope you’re doing okay after your release.
This is like the 4th video I've seen on this subject that just straight-up copied RealLifeLore, right down to the thumbnail.
South Korea 🇰🇷 is amazing country.
South Korea 🇰🇷 K -Pop, BTS ,
Famous South Korea 🇰🇷 companies
Samsung , KIA , Hyundai , L.G.
bro said BTS 😭
north korea beat korea
even if reunification was posssible china wont allow it... nk is a buffer between south korea if korea united under southern rule it would be a usa ally on their border.
xi supports kim out of necissity.
Beutiful country
#curtisgolphintonorthkorea
I visited in 2011 there they're actualy quite nice and well they let me leave soooo ...
Yes, they let their tourists leave after a highly propagandized tour. The actual citizens can never leave unless they are granted special permission
Ah yes, because no one has ever managed to escape north korea. Uhu. Makes sense. Gotcha.
kim is "begging and crying" for his people to have kids. cant be the leader without anyone to lead.
to quote machoman (erb)
"spend less time rapping and start feeding your people punk".
A lot of this information is very dated such as the jailing your extended family policy. That was done away with in the late 90s. It seems like you’re just trying to be sensational as possible.
Because I will never go there, simple as that😂
Are you boers?
You forgot Joe Biden's America as an example of a totalitarian society! #Trump47 #MAGA2024 #LetsGoBrandon
