    Hi! Thank you for this recipe. I was looking for a wedding cake top layer and I would like to do your recipe. When you placed the white chocolate mousse with blueberry food dye into the plain white chocolate mousse ( 7:02 ~ 7.08 ), did you mix them together before spraying on the cake? I am confused. Thank you for your reply.

      that is not white chocolate mousse. It is the velvet recipe, a mixture of (white chocolate and cocoa butter). I did not mix it because in this way I first covered the cake with a layer of white velvet to cover the imperfections and then with the Blueberry one and that's why I left it as seen in the video
