You kill someone that isn't I their club, and show the club leaders, even the ones that substitute the rivals. They will attempt to stop you, but you grab a member of their club, like Saki, Kokona, Sakura, Homu, Dora, Midori, and threaten ti kill the member if the leader takes another step. They will have no choice but to give in. After you confess your love, Umeji will knock Taro out. The club leaders circle Ayano, including the substitute club leaders. Budo will apprehend Ayano and they will attempt to tranquilize Ayano. Raibaru, who also has ti be spared in alongside Osana, will walk up to see what the commotion is about. Once Budo fills Raibaru in, she will also attempt to help.Kaga, who has the syringe, tranquilize Ayano, only for them to accidentally snap Ayano's neck. The club leaders will at first not notice, and think nothing of it. But Uekiya will hear a snap and tell them to stop. Oka after a while will feel Ayano's pulse and realize that they accidentally killed Ayano. At first they are relived that now Ayano is dead, no further murders happen. But then Amai will freak out because they caused the death of someone, which makes them murderers. At first Kizana says it's an accident, and they shouldn't be charged, only to realize that they are responsible for Ayano's death. Oka comes up with the plan that they hide the body, and the others are hesitant, but they agree. Taro will wake up to Hanako and Osana calling for him. But then again since the school atmosphere is still high, based on the scenery, it's most likely she used the json files to get these lines, specifically changing the file or something, maybe setting the "Witnessed Murder" to 'Yes'.
for the art club leader, when you try joining the art club while being in a different club, he can sorta break the fourth wall and one of gema takus voice lines when you ask what the gaming club is about, he also breaks the fourth wall
