They always have the most collectible ones months before they even release to the public already on EBAY.. Tons of us real collectors have tried to get them to understand how bad it really is and how much theft is really going on there, They don't care, As long as they are making hefty profits, they will keep stealing or allowing them to steal this much stock, which is down right INSANITY!

Hot wheels in penang malaysia, not far from indonesia. every month this factory produces millions of toy cars to be marketed throughout the world. The main raw material for this car is zinc alloy, which is a mixture of zinc and several other mixtures so that it is easy to mold and stronger. This zinc alloy material is processed using diecasting, namely a molding process with pressure and speed the machine principle is similar to the injection process in the molding process on plastic. where the material used is melted first at 1000c after that it is printed according to the desired shape. within seconds the zinc alloy material has been printed a mini car body. The perfect body is collected in a special containers, while failed products and other unused materials are collected back into the machine for reprinting.

You are totally right
Supposedly this process is trademarked and considered a trade secret. Actually the patent for the axles is the reason why hot wheels exist in the first place. The patent was actually intended for guitar strings until they decided to use it for the axles of the car. This allowed to build a smaller toy car than the competition that would roll smoothly.
I was genuinely hoping that the would at least show part of it, but no...

Stop stealing short card super treasures from the factories! Me and my friend are from Bulgaria and we are collecting in total for 4-5 years and we have never seen an STH here...
I live in the states, been collecting for years and I've never found one either. Regular treasure hunts once in a rare while but never a super.

Been collecting around 2 years now in New Zealand, never ever found a STH, boxes are always gone through by staff at the stores before they go on the shelves, one day i will find one. People sell em here now for between $130-$300 nzd, mostly 🤯 im not stupid so don't pay stupid prices 😢

This looks like an old video. Even with the cheap labor in Malaysia, I wonder how much of this process Mattel has since automated. I honestly believe there is no need for humans to make Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars anymore if the production is set up for pure automation.

They didn't show how the designs for the cars are made, how they are made into a template cars and molds where they are poring metal for mass production. 😢 I really wanted to see that part.
