Wow you saved the day when I found your video I downloaded Samsung user manual and no help.. something spilled onto the glass when my wife cleaned it now it had water spots in the middle and underneath the glass driving her crazy she's like I tried.its got tabs they don't come out. I'm like that's impossible they can't make it where you can't remove the glass after 1st search found this video you are the man thanks 🙏🏼 again

I wasn't able to easily depress the clips in the front (the ones just above the water filter housing), even using a lot of force simultaneously on each clip with a screwdriver in each hand. I finally slid a flat head screwdriver underneath the clips, it was as if the clips were still attached to some additional plastic at the bottom and that connection needed to be detached before you could depress them. Then when I laid the frame and glass upside down on a towel to detach the plastic corner clips from the bottom with the screwdriver, the first one broke (it's very fragile), but it freed up the glass in that corner. Since I had already read elsewhere that the shelf and frame was still useable even if you accidentally broke the back corner clips, I realized the best thing would be just to break the second plastic corner clip too (I punched it out from the bottom with my screwdriver), that freed up both corners of the glass. So after cleaning the glass and the frame, I reinstalled the frame, then slid in the glass, it worked great and you can't even tell that the little white plastic clips in the back corners are missing. Next time I need to clean I can just lift out the glass, leaving the frame in place, clean and then slide the glass back in its place and I'm done. It's a stupid design, hopefully someone from Samsung will read all these negative comments and decide to use a better, simpler design next time.

Still unable to do this - not sure if I have a different model but those clips above the water filter are not budging - I actually just snapped them off trying to detach them like you did- and STILL can't get the damn thing to lift- I am ready to scream

How does the glass come out of the very bottom shelf right below the water filter ?
*There Are Clips That Hold The Glass In Place. Push Up On The White Clips In The Back Corners of the Glass But Do This From Underneath The Glass. You Can Use A Thick Flat Head With A Rag. Do Not Push The Clips From The Top Side Because You Will Break Them. Gently Push The Clips Up From Underneath The Glass*

*Push Them Out From The Bottom. You Will Have To Squeeze Them and Push Out*
What do you mean by squeeze them ?
*Are you are referring to removing the glass? The white clips are holding the glass in place. You will need to use pliers to squeeze those clips and push out to make the clips pop out forward. There are 2 clips toward the back end that need to be removed for the glass to come out. Do this from underneath the glass, do not do it from the top or you will break the clips*
I would also recommend NOT putting the glass back in place until after reinstalling the shelf into the fridge. I had the glass pop out of one of the corners putting the shelf back in and I had to take the whole thing back out, again to get the glass back into place... ... ...Fun times...
