For anyone wondering, boosters will often go through with South African servers as it appears least populated and they have the highest chances to queue in the same lobby with T and CT side of their bots. Vertigo is also the most common choice for boosters, apparently bcs of the lowest GPU consumption. What you saw was a failed attempt to arrange a match between 9 bots and 1 account getting boosted. Hope that explains
the reason us EU players are so silent is beucase 99 procent of the time its one guy from UK and th rest from Russia

Fellow South African here, we have servers in Cape Town and Joburg. Also in East, Northwest and West. Your case is odd indeed.
Cape Town servers were removed long ago, we only have Joburg servers now.

The bots in the Africa lobby were probably farming XP to get the red service medal
ex-xp booster here: its not xp farming this is vertigo boosting - Where you queue 5 bots and your main +4 bots at the same time on africa server (least players) and try to match them in the same lobby, so your account gets ranked up by winning against your own bots. The bots dont get any xp because they dont win a single round (Each round in ranked is 30xp) and yes the winning team gets xp but not as much as you would farming bots in deathmatch, so the boosters use that instead of verigoboost.

South africa definetly does have a premier scene.
As someone that speaks portuguese, Haix the 2nd time that brazilian dude spoke he said "Varanda e por baixo" meaning: "Balcony and below" refering to under and above under ofc.
And myself as a Portuguese, yes brasilian way of talking doesnt sound the same, here in portuguese we have kinda of the same sotaque as the russians.
yeah I can speak russian and it kinda sounds like russian to me. Also, do you think you could hold a conversation with a brazilian? Or is the pronunciation too different?

tbh haix in NA it’s rare to have lobbies where they communicate well. almost everyone is just talking in their own discord servers (at least in my experience)
Haix you must try connecting to southeast asian server like Singapore or Malaysia. It will be a different experience to playing in mainland China!

@@HaiX ive played alot of africa server and its usually not like this, i get only 110 ping from uk and prefer it because everyone speaks english and theres less cheaters :D

As someone who has played on all 3 of them, they're all the same lol, except dubai servers are tad bit quiet at times.

in south africa this is very often they do this to farm weekly drops and its only vertigo
And also there is a server in south east Asia and its Singapore yeah there is alot of different people playing in Singapore server which all of them are from south east Asia and alot of them speak English so its easy to communicate

Jo hiax im from South Africa. The CS here is good but i would say our best players are more like tier 3 pros.I also think our guys have a problem with playing on overseas servers because its very high ping from South Africa to other countries.

The vertigo lobby could've been an xp lobby people use to bot flying scouts for xp but maybe they use ranked now since they cant play that mode anymore
