The lady has the AUDACITY to say Jason over reacted when she stole his shed? If she actually sent out the message asking whose the shed was to all the staff Jason would've got the message. She's such a liar. What a, never mind.
That woman at the shelter is the kind of person that thinks they can do whatever they want without consequences. Saying Jason "overreacted" is an overstatement first of all, but the way she spoke to him was condescending for sure. "We'll see what we can do"? Had they had better communication between EVERY person who works at the shelter, Jason would have known about the inquiry into the shed and this entire situation would have been avoided. Only messaging the "higher ranked" staff was a major oversight on her part and made even worse by the fact that she could have asked the workers and volunteers to their faces if any of them knew anything about the shed. I just honestly don't understand treating people like they're "less than" because they don't have a fancy job title or a bunch of money. People like that ought to be ashamed of themselves but of course they more often than not don't give a thought to things like that.
Wow, how callous of her to just steal someones stuff and call him emotional for wanting to help the dogs. Maybe she should work in another line like logistics and not around the animals everyone else is trying to help. Not very nice to not even ask him for the shed. Wow, that’s pretty cold!
All of this is great and I love animals but at some point we need to face the fact that There are to many dogs and cats. Just like any other animals that are left unchecked in the wild they will need to be managed by calling them. It’s very sad people can’t be more responsible pet owners by spay and neutering there pets and if they can’t or don’t want to care for them anymore take them to a shelter. Were I live in a very rural area were have a big problem with people dumping pets off . The cats usually don’t live long due to disease and the dogs kill livestock and or breed with coyotes causing a threat to livestock,pets and people. Please people be more responsible.
I have to say I’ve been watching the Australian & UK vet and shelter shows. I haven’t gotten an. Answer but I know our animal shelter has lots of loud barking barking dogs. It is a turn off but these non USA places seem to have quieter dogs. Why? They haven’t answered. It is a torn off although I’ve rescued 5 dogs and call of them have been Non barkers and sweet. 💁🏼♂️
I have volunteered at a couple of AU shelters. You do get some dogs that are loud. IN RSPCA shelters, for example, when they are crowded and especially when there are visitors. But the smaller ones with no kill policies don't tend to be all that noisy.
So...of all the Pets & Vets shows, this "Give Me Shelter" one is just not of the same caliber. I know they are all scripted, but this one seems incredibly fake and unlikeable. Add to that the twangy hillbilly type music in the background and the backwoods feel, this just isn't easy to watch.

Why not give Gemini something to calm her down? We're doing pretty good with CBD oil and other calming treats. That is the first thing I would do.
