My simple Prediction technique:
Step(1)Find out the dasha
Step(2)find the planet in which nakshatra is in, now select next nakshatra.
Steps(3) divide the planetory Dasha into 4 equal halves.
Step(4) the next nakshatra which you have selected now find the pada rulers of the next nakshatra.Example krittika padas(Jupiter,Saturn,Saturn,Jupiter)
Step(5) now the first phase of the dasha will have effect of Jupiter, the house which is in, the nakshatra, the padas, 2nd phase of Dasha will have Saturn and so on.
Rule number(1) retrograde planets nakshatra will be same, no selection of next nakshatra,
The perfect use of Padas:
Any 4 Padas represent four direction of India:
(1) first pada represent badrinath(satyug) north
(2) second pada represent rameshwaram(treta) south
(3) third pada represent somnath(dwapara) west
(4) fourth pada represent Puri(kalyug)east
So whichever planet is in whichever pada, the more near you are to that pada direction, more qualities of that planet and house and nakshatra would come out, so choose your best planet live near to that direction and pull butter out of planet

Hello and Namaste Bhabhajeet ji😊. From your discussion with Dr.Pai, regarding the calculation of activated Rashis for Dashas of Sun, Jupiter and Mars - the first phase is always the movable rashi, next dual, then fixed. In case of Jupiter(16 years) does that mean the first 5 years 4 months(64 months) will be of movable rashi comprising of 48 months of activation of Libra Rashi(Vishakha - pada 1,2,3) and 16 months of Cancer Rashi(Punarvasu - pada 4) ?

Based on this video , I have put a sheet together with my current Dasha of Mars.. and if my understanding is fair , then currently , am I in influence of 2nd pada of Mrigshira nakshtra of Mars and will continue in 3rd n 4th pada , so will be experience the results of lords of those houses in last phase of Mars Mahadasha and mostly my third house? which is ruled by Jupiter ?Currently in venus antar and then Sun and Moon to close out.

I have a question, like Mars related nakshatras, I think Mercury related nakshtaras also rule two house like two signs, e.g. krittika one part aries second part taurus, mrigashira also first taurus part, second gemini, but rohini as I know is solely taurus. Am I correct with this guessing? pls help ))) thanks a lot.

dr Pai .. I have a question .. what is the role of the mahadasha lord sitting in a nakshatra .. ex- ke dasha .. ke sitting in uttara bhadrapada … thsnk i :)

I have a doubt, with the example arjun sir gave...if taurus is active in the last phase, coz rohini falls in 1st list, which shows present. But taurus itself is a fixed rasi which is supposed to future.... So why arent we taking rasi timeline
