What do you think i found on aliexpress Kaisi K-508 Soldering Handle Expansion Module with which you can convert this station to T210 and T115 can you give me an answer for this please ?
I got geeboon tc20b one station for all cartridges on the market, best UI too. Other manufacturers seem crappy compared.

Great Video! - I have a question: Most of the Tools/Irons from JBC have a wire in the Soldering-Iron connector that bridges the Earth-Pin (green cable - Position 1) to the middle pin (Position 6) of the connector. Some have a resistor in between and some are just "shorted" together. (This connection to the middle pin may be for tool recognition): Could you measure the resistance between the two pins of your T470 iron? I would be very interested in this kind of information. The connector is the RPC1-12P-6S(71) from Hirose.
You can use C470 cartridges on a t245 handle? I had no idea. Is this only with the heavy duty station or any station that uses the t245?
Strange things happen, at 290celsius will have a tool warning #1, and heat up time from 180 to 350 celsius is 6-8 seconds, compared to CD unit, which will do in 3-4sec.
Unfortunately I also have the same problem, but i can live with that since i can use C245 cartridges and do fine soldering with them. Thanks for the feedback!

The button pushers are specially made not high! The power switch has been retracted! This is to prevent the button from being broken during transportation! A new switch should have been made in a similar design

So the t245 should be compatibile with c470 cartridges? i mean sizewise? which handle do you have t470/t245?
I want to build a station primarily for c245 use, but ocasionally would use bigger cartridges and for this case the voltage will be changed accordingly.
Compatible with JBC's clones( AİFEN A220(350W) , AİFEN A902,(350W) AİXUN T435(350W) C470 tips.

Hi! Thank you for the question. I don't have the actual part number, but it is ordinary 4 pole double throw switch. Mine was 6A rated. Hope it was helpful.
@@surgecreator8987 used other type of switch. Its strange that bere some time to heat.
Throw some error about the tip its disconected. I think the jbc need. A firmare that work ok with the c245.
