Bro in my hero sprint monk there is 7.5 inch axcel so it is gear compatible and there is much space to add freewheel
If it is 7.5" then no need for axle change you may directly follow the other steps.

Agar aluminium frame hai to haa, break ho sakta hai. Lekin steel frame me break hone ke chances na ke barabar hai

You can install in hero hawk. Both 6 and 7 speed are OK, you may choose based on your requirement and budget.

You may change only back , it would be sufficient. Altus may cost you around 3k, problem is gettimg geniune product.

I went back to that shop in Ludhiana but that bike was sold & then we all know in last year lockdown there was shortage of bikes for a long time , so I had not any choice that time , will be upgrade after 1 or 2 years now ,,
