If u followed his steps and nothing worked....try using ur onboard video output(if u have one) then access your gpu control panel and revert your refresh rate to default.Works for my 75hz monitor.

1.keep pressed power button, then it will shutdown.
2. Turn on again, keep repeating step 1

What if you restarted and now you probably have a lock screen in the way? My screen started to flicker and anything gray had blue pixels everywhere. Sounds like a graphicd driver issue. Anyways, I restarted hoping that fixes it but now I get that message and I have a lock screen with a password. I don't know what to do... It was working and now it's giving me this.
