    HELLO. This trial is great. Everybody is bothered from rectifier and voltage regulator, it sound like protection from malfunction but it works not to get big energy from alternator. Your trial is a breakthrough. If you turn the pulley faster by machine, this alternator can have much more voltage and current. I was encouraged.Thank you!

    hello sir electron ... your work is fantastic excellent the adaptation of the magnets in the alternator poles. but you should use that alternator as a brushless motor with a 1.5kwatts variable frequency drive, you could have an extraordinary electric motor. I hope you accept my advice. thank you good 2021.

    The rotor should have contained a larger magnet for higher flux density. The rotor is too heavy and more metal should have been removed from the same. Also you should have lubricated the same so that it rotates faster.

      Edit: Necesitarias un controlador adecuado para la versión de anillos rasantes/rosantes, aqui no funcionaria el BLDC ;)

    Even if u give 1500rpm u would only get 12- 15 volts. You have to use big neodymium magnet like n52. I have tried this type of convertion in half HP induction motor using n45 but the voltage was maximum of 20 volts!

    A quick way to drill holes with a consistent set depth, 1: find the desired depth 2: drill first hole to depth then stop drilling 3: with the drill bit stopped and in the hole, wrap some masking tape around the drill bit's circumference at the surface of the material being drilled 4: back the bit out of the hole and start drilling the other holes. The masking tape is easily removable, won't damage the bit and clean up is a breeze. Heat and tapping compounds might cause the tape to melt or slide off so you might want to think about using different types of tape or permanent markers/paint to mark the depth on the bit.

    • @Teknopottu
      @Teknopottu Рік тому +1

      Output on this type depends on how fast the rotor is spinning and how powerful the magnets are. No input power is needed because it's brushless. Less power is generated for sure but also less is needed to generate something.

    • @mgabrielle2343
      @mgabrielle2343 Рік тому +1

      There is a limit as to how much thicker a wire can be as the current is not determined by the thickness of the wire but by the strength of the magnets, so if your magnets can only produce 1 amp then it does not matter if you have 1mm dimeter wire or 2mm thick wire it will only produce 1 amp or may be just a tiny fraction more due to the resistance to 1 amp current flowing through the wires, Power Generation is the product of the strength of magnetic field and speed of rotation, voltage is proportional to number of turns and strength of the magnets and the speed of the rotor. And nothing comes out of nothing, so if you wanted more power then you also need more input power to spin, (Torque)
