I always keep a 4 liter can of patrol in my car specially for these bikers as I been to this situation as well. As for scam there are many people making so many other scams so if you become a part of this scam it does not matter. Allah iska ajar apky neyat par dayta hay koe insan nahe. Keep up the good work but keep in mind about road safety first and don't stop in fast lane to help like you did as that can cause multiple accidents just because of this act. Also be careful for snatches not every area is safe for this kind act. Baky Allah Malik hay.. 😇

I think it's Iranian petrol
Both are pure. Here in Pakistan Green colour is added in Regular Unleaded Petrol by Oil Marketing Companies to differentiate it from HOBC. Otherwise its pure.

@@iisshh3435 yes petrol quality is another issue. That issue is mixing of cheap substances into petrol to increase its quantity. That mixing substance is also derived from petroleum & here in Pakistan its called "Sprite" or "White Sprite". Because sprite is lil cheap in price, therefore petrol pump owners mix it with petrol or Diesel and sell at same pure petrol or Diesel price. In India too same procedure of mixing is in place at petrol pumps for immoral profit gains.
For example: if petrol pump owner bought a 50,000 liters tanker, he will mix 25,000 liters of white sprite in that and petrol will become 75000 liters.
I know all this BS because I am working with Oil Marketing Companies(OMC).
