Barbell front squats have more potential to progressive overload than goblet squats, so I would say front squats. However, some find front squats uncomfortable depending on how you hold the bar.

For me, I use a multi grip bar for bench and overhead press due to shoulder issues. But do hit the straight bar also at times.
Nice thx for sharing Camille used the multi grip bar for a couple of months while working through a shoulder issue as well!!!
