As Christine is a very young, sweet, pure hearted character I use the higher register of my voice to capture her naivety and youth.

My voice for Christine went through an evolution as I began this playthrough. When I first started recording, her voice was very similar to my regular speaking voice, but as time went on I really tapped into her character.
As she is such a pure hearted and naive character, I used the higher register of my voice and added a slightly breathier quality to make myself sound a bit younger as she's only 20.
There are also many times when she is scared, so you can hear me use a more timid, stammering trembling voice in those moments of horror and fear.
But that isn't to say that she doesn't take a stand, when she is angry she is ANGRY. 😂
Seriously, the original POTO novel could be adapted into a British (live-action) romance-drama series, and this game feels even MORE like British drama series. Dang it, now I want that on something like Britbox or Amazon Prime! Either way, your voice acting is amazing, Regal!
