Beautiful video. Noticed that one part of history was allowed to fade away.

Really nice Gav! I'm very keen on flying over the horses... I haven't seen these in Wilts, where are they?

Hi Gavin, we absolutely love this video and the choice of music is perfect! My son is currently doing a school project on the Fovant Badges and has found it very useful. Out of interest - have you flown your helicopter over the other badges close by - the shiny 7th and Royal Warwickshire on Sutton Down and the map of Australia at Compton Down? We think it is such a shame that these badges are currently being allowed to fade away and it would be great to have an aerial view of them before they go forever. We walked the Australia map recently and could just about make out the outline and the lettering. Thank you again for such a great video. We say bring back the YMCA badge - just because it is non military it should not be allowed to fade away! It was one of the originals.....

Hi Helen, thank you for the very kind comments. Apologies for the slow reply. I've not gotten round doing much aerial video this year but hope to next season. Yes it's a shame some are left to fade. It was an absolutely beautiful day when I flew over the badges and pretty hard work walking to them and back, with my clobber!! Glad your son found the video useful. All the best, Gav.
