I use 10% fat mince so there is no egg or other binding required.... Only seasoning. Learnt this from doing low carb and keto.. The only wet mixture I add in a small amount is wholegrain mustard which takes them to another level along with any other dry seasoning as necessary 😋

It lights your charcoal. You fill the top with lump charcoal, and put paper or other firestarter on the bottom part. Light the paper and wait 10 mins or so. Then dump your hot coals into the BBQ.
