Do they realize that a lot of grandparents don't get to see them because the grandparents don't go to the grandkids house? Why are you putting all the expectation on Tori and Zac? Go see your grand kids and I promise if you show up enough healing will occur?
Zach and Tori don't want Matt to visit his grandchildren. He's tried before and they are very cold toward Matt. Tori needs to GROW UP
I suspect since Zach stepped away from the farm and his father I can’t help but wonder if Zach now realizes how narcissistic his father is?🤷🏼♀️

The farm property is large enough that they could subdivide it and each of the adult children could have some acreage to build their own homes. The original, updated family home was a beautiful home should be utilized for some purpose. The other parts of the property (kids area) could be common property used by all. So sad.
Matt does not want to release the farm to any of the kids, even if they all paid him top dollar, he is holding it over their heads and & think Jeremy & Zach have realized that now.

Would someone fill me in on why the rift started? I missed that entire episode entirely. Amy got the north side of the farm in the divorce settlement. In Oregon it's a 50/50 split state. Matt had first right of refusal For the north side of the farm in the divorce settlement. He bought the Northside of the farm from Amy for just under $1,000,000. Zach and Jeremy wanted to buy the north side of the farm at the same price that Matt paid Amy for it in the divorce. However, Matt decided to jack up the price by three million dollars and screw over his kids and ruin his legacy......

Zac probably feels like his dad made all this money off the back of filming Zac all these years as he was the only little person child of the three children and now that he’s grown up, he’s probably realizing that Matt didn’t contribute enough to his bank account and on top of that wants an extremely
High amount of asking price for the farm knowing that Zac’s his kid and everything. He doesn’t want to give Matt anymore camera time and he’s not about to let Matt use the grandkids the way he used Zac and the other two children.
He knew what his dad paid his Mother for her half, so he wasn't willing to pay double that to buy it. I am sure there was a clause that either one of them had the option to buy out the other before selling on the market. Zack says his Dad always talked about the farm being a family thing he was doing for his kids to take over, then tries to get $$$ out of them. That's sad if true, but once again there is 3 sides to every story, his, his and the truth. They say this is the last season for them as their kids want other things than TV.

I don't think Zack & Tori hate Matt, I honestly think they are just focusing on raising their kids & making their new property a home for their family. Same thing Jeremy & Audrey did when Matt turn them down for purchasing the farm. Also about Matt & Caryn getting Married Zach had told both his parents he did not want to hear about their new relationships.

I don't I don't think that Matt Karen Amy and Chris should not take it personal about Zach and Tori not coming around perhaps maybe they're having marriage trouble and they're trying to take time to fix themselves and unite as a little family and work through their issues I mean I don't know Zach and Tori I just know when I go through problems in my marriage I like to be alone and try to work on my own issues alone until I can present a better me I mean this could just be a theory guessing of course I love to be wrong time will tell I am definitely happy that everybody seems to be getting along that's what you're supposed to do when you go through a divorce you realize that you guys don't work together you divorce and then move on in the you hope that you and your ex spouse can have a good life with somebody else
