This was without doubt one of the deepest thought provoking videos in Kings arsenal. Listening to this is why mental health amongst our brothers needs much attention and really appreciated how King broke it down to the caller. We've been there man the struggles we go through. The self doubt. The spiral into depression. I feel for my youngers because with Social Media etc you can go down a path where you compare yourself to way more people they don't give a shit. Us men need to navigate wisely and find a PURPOSE. That Blackpill stuff is too raw for alot of men. I'd advice to stay away from that shit. As king said its just a loop of despair. I've been this guy before. I wish someone had given me this advice at his age. To the guy, if you're reading the comments...you have to retrain your thought process to stop ruminating and thinking of the darkness. Stop replaying what chicks called you in the past. Also, get out and find hobbies. You have to find things you like. If you don't know, try and keep trying. Stuff that's going to get you out of the house. Make yourself into the man you want and people will come to you. Girls will come. Managers and people will seek you out. Raise your value. Even "ugly" know their aren't the most attractive but they make up for it in a lot of ways.

@@gnahore5810 change and transformation is never an easy process no matter what is it. I looked at my life and said I did not want the next half to be like the 1st half. I made a "bucket list" of sorts of things I wanted out of life. Physically I wanted to gain weight/muscles, but hated workouts. I joined the gym and hired a PT. I eventually grew to love it because it felt good and I could take out frustrations on the weights. I started cycling because the impact of running hurt my legs. Plus with cycling: its fun, you can go further, there is a cycling community and some people do rides together, and it helped spark a new interest...photography. that's another hobby. When I say find hobbies to get you out of the house because it will open you up to new people and human connections. Makes you visible. I also had and was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder so I went to therapy for treatment. If you want women to notice you, you have to make yourself noticeable, intriguing. Be the guy people want to be around. Develop charisma. Sometimes I may have done nothing but watch UA-cam or Netflix on the weekend. But when asked Monday morning how my weekend was, I don't just say that. I would tell a more engaging story..."I found this new series...have you heard of it?" Or "I discovered this new channel about XYZ and I learned so much. I can apply this new knowledge in my life by..." I can go to a bar by myself and meet people. I can travel solo and have a blast, then bring back stories of my adventures. I went from being unemployed to hired at one of the top firms in the world and making 6 figures just from networking and talking to key people. I got a masters degree. None of this came naturally to me and I constantly have to work at it. And guess what, women are starting to come around and take notice. The main thing is develop yourself, find your purpose and stick to it, accept the challenges, and find ways to overcome them. Trust the process, because it will be difficult, but from experience totally worth it.

It's been awhile do to my schedule but I've neglecting my daily redpill diet luckily I've suffered no consequences done to my former training. I'm back and I love that U are one of the few content creators who challenges the "Blackpill". I myself strongly believe that the blackpill is for lack of a better word toxic and it promotes victimhood and mostly creates losers. People always say the same thing's... 'get a life' 'positive mindset' 'put yourself out there'. It's really not that simple. In many way's things were going better for me. I found a job, made some friends, lost a lot of weight... I still didn't get a girlfriend. Their isn't much you can do about your face and that's just the way it is. And now everything has gone wrong for me. I hardly see my friends anymore because one has found a gf and forgotten I exist and the other is going through a hard time. Also I'm unemployed again. My depression is Terrible and I have no idea what to do to find a relationship.

I took a lot of L's in my life and what I did was learn from my mistakes. I don't allow life to get me down. I have a terrible stutter, it's gotten better, but my stutter was so bad to the point where. I couldn't say my name. At one point, most of my so-called family and friends abandoned me because of it. Of course, it hurt. However, after a while, I got over it and started to better myself. Even though I don't have too many friends, I'm happy with those I have, because they stuck with me. I don't like my current job. Despite me have a masters degree, I'm working at a low paying job, but I'm doing other bits and pieces to benefit myself soon. I understand despression cuases negative thinking, but this guy needs to stop allowing life to fuck him over and start to do things that he may not want to do in order to benefit himself in the near future.

Example: I wanted to get in better shape and learn how to defend myself, so I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 2 years ago. Last year I earned my blue belt. At 29 and being only 5’7 and 115 lbs I can say women typically treat you how you treat yourself.
