Top 10 in practice goes straight to qualifying 2
Free practice is actually practice and not considered for qualifying. On the other hand, Practice is actually pre-qualifying and decides who will go to Q1 and Q2.
Top 10 fastest times from free practice 1 and 2 which are held on Friday, get to skip q1 and go straight to q2 which guarantees them a top 12 starting spot. Free practice 2 is usually faster due the track conditions. So all the riders do their fastest laps in the last 5-10 minutes of free practice 2, to try secure a top 10 time and a spot in q2.
The other practice sessions are meaningless. They have no consequences for qualifying or the races.

MotoGP seriously needs to fix this yellow flag crap in qualifying -- they need more time / another lap to something... But simply having laps cancelled if you're unlucky enough to be behind some crash seems like a stupid rule. Why not just pull a grid position out of a hat then?

I hate that lap times are deleted cause of yellow flags, so if all your laps someone crashes in front of you how is that your fault?
They can come out early to set their time, but if they choose late to set time and got yellow flag, then it call gamble for them and they know it.

I always said it, Honda worked only for Marquez, made a Bike that only suited his riding style, easy for a talented like him to make the difference with other Honda riders on those terms..
Now Ducati is built to perform with most of the riders, plus, he is not the same Marquez he user to be...the days he dominated will never return.

You take too long to upload highlights.... the sprint ended 4 hours ago and it's still not up... fire whoever's editing and hire a competent team that can put together a 5 minute video within 2 hours.

I work with Final Cut, and if you give me the raw footage of the sprint and races I'll have a highlight video up on the youtube channel 2 hours after each session is over.
