Hopefully like the first game there can be alternate dialogue, ie. When Peter and Jeff were trying to investigate Kingpin’s warehouse, first play through Peter disassembled Jeff’s taser to make the electric webs, after that he just says he has been experimenting with making electric webbing and that is the perfect way to test them. We might have a different dialogue when going to the Sandman fight about the Web Wings and Iron Spider arms

Yes, it counts. There is absolutely no way to prevent the building collapse, therefore it’s allowed. It’s only part of the game’s tutorial to teach the healing feature.

I hate peter being the boss
Not to sound like a typical naysayer but this looks more like an interactive movie than a game. Way too many cut scenes. Meh looks cool but probably would have been cooler as a movie.
Well a casual run for this game is 20-ish hours, an 100% run is around 35-ish hours. Lots of cutscenes would be expected for a game this long.
