@DrivingPsychology I got a job with Go-Ahead fastrack in Kent. They recently took over the contract from Arriva. But yes London pays better. Don't worry, upload when you can 🙂

Position is more valuable than speed. So work on keeping you position and trade some speed
for it if necessary.
