Damn girl! Your plant collection is spectacular! Wow 😲
Thank you !
You have a good collection. great going
Thanks so much Geeta ! Glad you enjoyed the tour and the collection !
Others have probably commented but i think the white fusion wants more humidity. They want distilled water as well and need it pretty humid.
Hello there ! Yes, I have moved it closer to the humidifier after all the advices I received here. It will get distilled water from now on :)
I love your plants. So many calatheas!
Hi Erica !! Thanks so much ! I love calatheas :) I know they crave for humidity but are so much more forgiving that alocasias :)))
@@jasminsjungle1129 Oh don't remind me! I have my collection of the calathea/maranta/stromanthe/ctenanthe going...like you. So last fall I purchased a small, alocasia poly and it survived the winter with the reward of putting out a new leaf for me in the last two weeks. Naturally I just purchased an alocasia cuprea and am awaiting its arrival bc I clearly want to give myself anxiety, lol. Thanks for the reminder! :)
@@ericapoff3432 hahah!! anxiety lol. I have seen cuprea only in pictures and its beautiful !! I am sure you are going to take good care of it !! Good luck and lots of love :)
New subscriber from Canada 🇨🇦! You are so funny! Love your videos!

Definitely !! Love both and both add value to our lives :)
New subscribers from Ireland! Beautiful healthy 🌱
Hello there !! Ireland, thats exciting ! I never thought plant peeps from so many different countries would watch my videos :) Thanks for watching and subscribing !!
Your plant collection is impressive. I ❤ begonias and grow mostly the rhizomatous types. I really like your begonia rex plants. I just can only look at them😔because they dont survive in my care. Your caladium is so pretty and huge. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm for plants.
HI Safia :) Thanks for watching! I love those begonias too. They get sit right under a skylight and I water them only when the leaves are slightly droopy. So far they are doing okay :)
Hello I am new Subscriber. All the plants I love and yours are doing very well. Thanks for sharing.👍🏼
Hie Nuri !! Welcome to my channel and thanks for subscribing!! I love them too :)))

@@jasminsjungle1129 Thank you😉😁
😍. Love your plant collection!! Thanks for sharing. I really wanted to get the Zebra plant, watermelon pepperomia and hoya plant from long. Will get them soon!
Yess ! Hope you find them soon. :)
💘 ur tour u did a great job girl
Thanks Daisy!!
As far as the zig zag cactus, it can be propogated in water, as long as made sure it callused over first.
It can also be propagated pretty easy in soil.
That fittonia is looking gorgeous!
Hello there!! I think I forgot to callous it. :( But I just checked it and don't see rotting so far. Fingers crossed. !! That fittonia gave me hard time for propagation. Soil propagation didn't work but when I put it in water, the leaves bounced back in a week or so !! Thanks for watching !!
Great video, I have the variegated peace lily, it is my oldest plant, about 11 years old. I also have the Maria arrowhead plant, the Pink Allusion, Berry Allusion, and the Strawberry Allusion, they are all so pretty. I have the Calathia Triostar, beautiful plant and I find it easy to grow. The Calathis White Fusion is on my wish list. I have a lot of the plants you have and I can't really say what is my favorite, I just love all of my plants. Your Calathia's are beautiful, they do like humidity, I mist mine in the morning, and they seem to be doing just fine. Your Jelly bean Peperomia that has the little black spots might just be part of it's character, the new leaves coming in don't have those spots and it is doing good, I wouldn't worry about it having a virus or anything or I think the new leaves coming in would also have those spots too, but I am no expert just have seen this before and it was nothing to worry about. I love your channel, thanks for sharing, we are all learning from each other how to take care of our plants, what a great community.
Hey Holly!! 11year old peace lily. That would be huge. I hope I get to see mine grow that old. I saw a 15 year old Calathea lancifolia on one of my trips to Portland this year. It was incredible. Your and my collection are so similar ! Great minds think alike :)) Thanks for clearing my doubts on peperomia jelly bean. Yes, the new leaves don't have the black spot and so it should be okay. Thanks for all your support. I am so new to this and like you said, we are all learners and I am here to learn from this amazing community through these videos :))
@@jasminsjungle1129 My peace lily is big but not huge, I started out being one that over watered, and she hung in there with me and never died, which I'm so grateful, in the past year she has doubled in size, so I figure she has the potential to be huge. Yes, I think great minds think alike, Lol!
@@hollyhasegawa6095 Mine is almost a year old under my care. And it likes to bloom more than getting bigger. But I am not complaining :)
Wow your calathea warscewiczii is gorgeous
Thank you :) I love it so much :)
Husband says its an addiction and i say well at least is a healthy addiction 😁😁
Yesss !! Thats my goto statement as well !! I don't even buy clothes any more :) Its always about plants and pots now !
Great tour! My favorite is the monstera and hoya kerri ☺
Hi Minnie!! Thanks for watching ! I love them too :)
Unfortunately, I only found your video today, so, it might be too late for the cactus cutting shown at 14:02. What you call a zig-zag cactus might be an Epiphyllum or a Selenicereus as far as I can see (I am not familiar with most of the English plant names), but whatever cactus it is, this is not the ideal way to propagate it. Instead, I would suggest the following: take a cutting and then cut it again slightly from both sides , so that the middle looks like a tip pointing downwards. Let it dry for about a day or two depending on the thickness of the surface. Prepare a fitting pot with a well-draining mixture, moisten it well and put the cutting in (not too deep). If it is quite long, you will either have to support it or you could cut it in several pieces, each with about at least three "eyes" or "sleeping buds". Of course, you would have to prepare the cuttings as explained above, but, this method has the advantage of giving you more cuttings and thus more chances at success :-) And last but not least: greetings from Germany and thank you for your houseplant tour, you have many very beautiful plants :-)
my fav is calathea i have 8. :)
kiss from Portugal*
mine too !! Sorry I am seeing your comment so late. Never got a notification for it sadly !! I love calatheas :)
And I wish to visit Portugal some day !! Love the beautiful country!
Khubsurat
Dhanyawad :)
And your calathea white fusion is probably crisping because it needs distilled water and high humidity (but hates being misted ime!)
Hey ! Really ? I was misting it. I will try the distilled water and humidity. Thanks for the tips ! These distilled water loving plants are eating away my pay check lol !
@@jasminsjungle1129 yes, all of my calatheas appreciate (at least) filtered water! Mine does best being put in a shady spot, a few feet away from the humidifier so no moisture actually gets *on* the leaves. They are finicky little creatures -- the most finicky calathea I have!
@@Mariah-jo1nr Hey ! I actually did that this rainy season :)) Not a lot though. But it was fun and so satisfying to water the plants with the rain water :)
Yeah the white fusion is one of my dream plants. High humidity lover. I have a Chinese begonia that is a high humidity lover as well. I got him in a glass enclosure from Hobby Lobby. 🙂
Thanks, love your plants and tour. I thought you could put the plant that's getting crispy leaves next to your hummidifer. I can't remember the name of the plant- white and green leaves. And the snake plant cuttings are so exciting! With the ric-rac cutting in water- you would have had to let it callous over too or it will rot in the water. Thanks
Hello !! Thanks for all the great tips. I think I forgot to let the rig rag cactus callous :((( I did let snake plant cuttings callous and they did just well. And yes, great idea of humidifier for the calathea white fusion/peacock plant. I think I will try that !
Lovely plants ! I am a new subscriber from Sweden:-)
Hello hello ! Thanks for subscribing to my channel ! Its so much fun and exciting to know where you guys are from !
Love the Syngonium bronze. Haven't seen it in nurseries around here in Mumbai/Goa
Yes, its a beautiful plant with lovely hues ! I love the baby leaves that are pink in color and then eventually turn dark brown when mature :)
Calathea "war-scew-wick-see-eye" :)
Yes !! This break up of words is so much easier. Thanks for sharing Marty! I think I can pronounce it 70% correctly. !!
Love your plants. Do you have an instagram? My favorites are the calatheas, I own several varieties myself ^_^ the prayer plant family is just so beautiful (maranta, ctenanthe, calathea). Their leaves are just so gorgeous and I love the variety you get.
I do :) It goes by jasminsjungle ! Sorry about the super late reply :)
Beautiful plants! The Calathea warscewiczi is on the top of my wish list. Cannot seem to be able to find it.
Hello ! Thank you :) I could not find it anywhere either and so when I saw this one, I considered myself so lucky !! Hope you find yours soon !
Some people say the black dots are sun damage, if it happened before you got it then it will probably be fine, but it does suck. ☺️
Oh I didn't know that. Yes, it doesn't get direct sun at all. And the new leaves don't have the damage :) So thats great !
Beautiful. You've got some collection there. I always get unlucky with the begonia plant tho. Any tips ? :)
Thanks Kunwar :) Personally, I find them one of the easier plants to grow. They like medium indirect light and would droop when thirsty. Hope that helps! Happy growing.

@MB_LVoe Hey, I got a notification for your lovely comment. But I can't seem to find it here in the comments :( Thanks for sharing your experience with the calatheas. I hope your Pilea dark mystery is doing better now and not crisp anymore. I like the #notohumidifiers :)) I got mine but hardly use it since I need to put distilled water and I am running out of it :P
suas plantas são lindas eta mãos abençoadas de DEUS...
Hello Meiry ! muito obrigado :) I do not understand Portuguese but I used google translate to understand what you wrote :)) Thank you so much for your precious comment :)
plants are very healthy and what about lighting & fertiliser??
Hello Jenny ! For lighting, I only have west facing windows and I do not use grow lights. So all these plants use the west lighting. I try to keep the delicate ones like Calathea a little further away so that the harsh evening light doesn't scorch the leaves. I recently fertilized all my plants using Miracle grow liquid fertilizer. Probably will do the next feed in 2 months. Depends upon the plant growth. Hope this helps :)
Do you speaking Greek?I speaking only Greek and so so english!bat i love very much flawers!and orchids! good day from Greece's!!!!!! may name is Helen!!
Hello Helen ! Welcome to my channel ! Sorry, I do not speak Greek :( Wish I could. I like orchids too :) A very good day to you too :)
Hi, do u have a humidifier, they may need it ,the ones that have crispy leaves, luv all ur plants, 🎎⭐♥️🌻🎇🎈💮❄️🏡🙆👍🏵️🐈👈👈🌿🍃🙅🙋🐢🎉🎏
Hey !! I have one but I hardly use it 😟. Can’t feed it distilled water all the time lol !!
@@jasminsjungle1129 well sometimes that's how it is
Awesome! Do you mind sharing where you got the Hoya kerrii?
Hey! I got this from a local nursery in San Jose. I think its called Phuong Nam plants. They mainly carry orchids and bamboo plants. They just happen to have two of these Hoya kerri. I would suggest to call them before visiting.
Thank you! Oh wow I have been there before, surprising that they would have it :)
@@ramenloveshawk Yeah I was also pleasantly taken aback when I saw this beauty :)
Dont water a cactus after planting i dont know if u can put it in water i want to say no but we can 👀
Hi Daisy! I am not too sure either about water propagation :( But lets see. I have some more cactus in my collection like the thimble cactus, and they are doing okay. So I think I will water this one the same way as others. fingers crossed.
Do you remember the name of the nursery in Fresno you got your begonia?
Hey Greg, It was Green Hills nursery. The plant turned out to be very healthy and grows a leaf every now and then ! They have beautiful succulents as well.
Hi can you pls spell the name of the plant you first called white monkey I can't pronounce the other name that you said. Thank you I'm a new subscriber catching up on all your video's
You're wonderful ; )
Hello there ! Thank you for subscribing to my channel !! I think you are talking about "Ruellia makoyana" ! Logees is currently selling it if you are in USA. Its such a beautiful plant with velvet leaves :))
Thank you so much
Do you live near Fresno, Ca? I just went to Evergreen Nursery in Clovis. LOTS 0f great plants, but I was good & didn’t buy this time.
Hello Debi ! I don't live near Fresno. I was passing by on my way to Kings Canyon NP :) Couldn't stop myself from visiting the local nurseries :)
So the rex should be in a smaller and i have one they make the price down so i save it
Very nice I like your plants
