How does this Knighthood work? he can't use the "Sir" title as he's not a British subject or from a country that still has the British King as it's figurehead Head of state. How about Sir Seretse Khama and Sir Keeitumile Masire of Botswana, and Sir Charles Njonjo of Kenya; both Kenya and Botswana are in the Commonwealth like South Africa, and don't have the British king as the figurehead head of state.
