Tranx 500 … this is the best ever Shimano reel that is developed to cover everything in saltwater applications 6.6.1HG gear ratio , huge cranking power and smoothness.. as the Shimano legend Larry Delberg mentioned a v 8 caterpillar reel… I see this MD reel here is developed in away that is not perfect in anything , my perception is that who developed it tried to segregate from the conquest model so that you can still sell both and the result is a good looking reel that is not good in anything , XG gearing not the perfect one even if you can use but it won’t have the power and even if has it will be trying , the 99cm retrieve is not prefect for stick baits and of course popping no , now you are trying to promote it for jigging and again it’s not perfect or even good ….. just pls put the Tranx 500 in this reel body and I swear to you it will sell like hot cakes
