Bike park Wales, Revs, Fort William, Dyfi, Danny hart Wolburn, Black mountain, Forest of Dean, phoenix cycle works, Farmer johns, The track, Gawton gravity hub, Old hill bike park, Woodys. That''s the ones I know. I live in the South West.
I would say Nevis Range (Fort Bill) is definitely a bike park with the Gondola and other facilities like cafe at the top and bottom. If it was easier for more people to get too it would be by far the biggest in the UK as the potential is huge.
You two need to go to Hamsterley, there's also some good sections on the Red for Enduro bikes. Two bitches of climbs (Take an E Bike) but some great downhill sections on that as well.
Another vote for Stiniog from me. As said above one of the fastest uplifts. Tracks hold up well when the weather is wet. Only downside is the exposure, no trees or anything like that so when it's windy you get blown away! 🤣
@@TheRideCompanion fastest uplift, green blue red black trails, some nice more natural less manicured rocky tracks, good cafe, friendly staff, decent value
Deffo Antur Stiniog, absolutely love the place. As others have said, super fast uplift, great friendly staff, nice café, amazing natural trails. You deffinatly wouldn't be disappointed guys!
Even though its closed down, aston hill was a goated bike park. It didnt have an uplift and only a few trails but it had an amazing community and the trails where top quality
So a bike park has uplift, while a Trail centre doesnt?? If So.. BPW, DYFI, Fort Bill, Revs, DannyHart Descent Park... but what about Antur Stiniog. Forest Of Dean (prob a bit small but great fun) Honorable mention to Cwmcarn (Cwmdown thats closing this month!! 😭) but if a bike park only requirement is that it has to offer many trail choices?? Glentress + many of the other 7 Stanes, Coed Y Brenin, etc
Skillz bike park Corton the smallest park in the UK but full of funky features ! Think backyard trail build on steroids . In terms of leagues , Dyfi is my personal fav in the premier division. Truly inspirational.
Nobody has mentioned caersws. It runs an uplift service on certain days. It’s Definitely worth a visit . Only 4 tracks at the moment, but they are all really good.
Mountain View Bike Park in Caerphilly, South Wales. No uplift as its not a huge park, but the most progressive place ive been to, and ive visited a lot! Great value for money too!!
I live Sheffield area aswell and it’s pretty scarce on trails to say the amount of hills that are about.. farmer Johns is a good shout but no uplift or mountains.. It’s a very good setup though..
@@Kris0931 me too. I'd recommend joining the Leeds Mountain Bikers group. They get out every Saturday. Introduced me to some of the quality off piste at Dalby 👌🏻
@@ArronCrofts_89 for uplift you're looking at the obvious ones. Dyfi, Revolution is just starting back up, Bike Park Wales, and Descend. Nothing particularly close though. Get an ebike would be my advice if you're not interested in the climbs.
Last time I went there met a father and daughter from Holland who had their first time riding downhill (xc is pretty much all they have there) and there is definitely a way down for beginners but they are kind of confined to one track at the top section and one at the bottom, middle has a few lines though
Antur Stiniog is definitely worth a shoutout!

Phoenix Cycleworks is one of my faves for sure

Great call yeah… shame it’s SO FAR for SO MANY people!
FOD is great. And has a uplift

Danny Harts is awesome… The runs aren't as long as say Dyfi but they feel more like proper downhill tracks in my opinion
Antur Stiniog, probably best uplift service too
Oh really… what makes it so good?

My top five would be revs, dyfi, inners, black mountain and Danny Hart's
glentress and Innerleithen with adrenalin alley uplift

You should add Comrie Croft to your list. Epic little spot 👌🏼

You mean trail centres? There’s tonnes of decent MTB trails round Sheffield!
@@chimps4gimps no I mean bike parks
@@chimps4gimps any recommendations? I’m from Leeds usually Wharncliffe & Greno are my go to. Best relatively local trails

The service at stiniog is great
Dirt Farm AKA Blackmountain. small hill, wild tracks.
Twisted oaks
Innerleithen???
There is a bike park by Swindon. I can’t remember the name of it for my life though 😢
Croft MTB Trail.... tiny but amazing use of limited space and elevation
A Bike Park that has trails for everyone. Black Mountain is a bit gnarly for beginners I think.

Inners is sick
Antur Stiniog my local
Now do worldwide
Cannop cycle centre forest off dean
Green Hill in Germany is the best park I've ridden. And I'm one of those bike park only losers 😁
Cannock chase
Innerleithen
