Before i started using actual deep conditioners, this is what i would always do, mix my regular conditioners with oils and honey. It really does wonders, you dont even need to buy expensive deep conditioner.

Thanks for the video. Please I have a question, can you help me with any home remedy to salvage hair lost. I noticed after my recent touch up, when I comb my hair I get plenty hair in the comb, hope you get me!
You need to use DHT blockers (hormone that makes your hair fall out): black/green/peppermint tea spray, coffee spray/oil, nettle/saw palmetto tea spray, nettle hair mask, ashwaganda oil/mask/spray, burdock root spray/oil. Moisturize with aloe vera gel, leave in, shea butter mix. Wash with african black soap/oil/honey. Deep condition with avocado/mayo/aloe vera/oil/honey and add egg if not protein sensitive. Take multivitamins and drink plenty of water daily. The hair fall will stop!

It's the same process I showed in the video
Shampoo hair, then apply the deep conditioner mix, leave it on for about 10-30 minutes , then rinse it out
After deep conditioning I noticed my hair becomes hard, what do l do to soften it?
I use Aloe vera juice in my hair to help moisturize it.
I also use distilled water when I do not want to use the aloe vera juice, because we have hard water.
It also happens to me deep conditioner harden my hair but when I follow up with regular conditioner after deep conditioner my hair will be so soft I hope you try this method ❤

Yes I did, , I washed, braided it in loose twists to run a quick errand, few hours later, I unravelled the loose twists one by one then deep conditioned as you saw in the video
