An unpopular opinion, but I would love to have Justin (Blue Turbo Ranger) in the game. I always have this idea to have him play similar to Dante in UMVC 3 with those Turbo Hand Blasters and the Turbo Blade. He could also call his Storm Blaster as a part of his moveset.
