    You hit the hammer on the head when you say that everything is a sale. I am not a business developer but last week in a day i made 800k to my company by negotiation. I have two job interviews with the same company. I am going to leverage that information to negotiate a much higher salary than the range i gave the recruiter. We will see how it goes.

    All companies do this in aerospace and IT. During the application process it's a required field. If it's out of range ATS may not let your resume pass

    Hey Andy, I'm fairly new to you content and I'm absolutely loving it.
    Quick question, What if you've already signed the contract (because you really wanted the job) but you know that you are worth far more, what's the soonest you can ask for a salary review and what strategies could you use to get what you want, even if it could be multiples of your current compensation?

      If you have signed the contract, of course, it is best to honor your word and your signature. I would ask very early on when my next review period is and what level of performance and results do you want to see. It’s always important to know what success looks like and how you will be evaluated.
      Then, I would make sure that I’m working to exceed those metrics because you want to have the most leverage when you ask for a promotion and or pay raise.

    Hi Andrew, I would like to thankyou for all the tips you've shared till date. Your one video about resume restructuring changed my life. Another one was the cover letter! After 3months, many rejections and multiple interviews I ended up with multiple offrrs and finally landed a job which I was attracted too! Once again, Thanks alot!🥂

    thank you Andrew! but i have a special situation in which i am located at Mexico but the company that is interviewing me is in USA and i wonder if i have to negotiate my salary in a US range or Mexico range (i can't find any info about the salary range for this position in my country) what are your thoughts?

    I didn’t negotiate salary and apparently it was the right choice for my current position. I heard that people get rejected here for trying to negotiating.
    I’m so beyond happy at this job that the thought of I could have gotten rejected is just scary. (We have so much freedom and there’s no toxicity whatsoever).
    Btw everyone gets the same salary for every position depending on the experience level category ($135k+).
    I heard about at least 3 people who made it to the last round recently that got rejected for just trying to negotiate. It totally makes sense considering what kind or work we do vs who we hire. (The type of people we hire have backgrounds that has nothing to do with what we do, so we all start out the same level).
    However, I’m not sure but they probably let the candidates for the sales and more “businessy positions” negotiate.
