If you ever question his greatness, just take a look at the scoreboard during most of these plays. He had to make these plays to be a winner so he just did it and made it look so easy. The left handed corner shot and behind the backboard shot were especially impressive to me.

THE GREATEST TO EVER DO IT AND ILL DIE ON THIS HILL. he was an once in a life time artist that im so thankful i was lucky enough to grow up watching... and if u dont think so then just watch how he controls his body in the air and how he makes split second adjustments the way he does while in the air and that ALONE should tell u

If there was just a couple plays like these you could write if off to luck, but I watched him in a game in person back in the mid 2000s, they were hanging all over him and he was drilling them. He is one of those players that is still accurate under a lot of duress.

It's crazy how I used to hate Kobe growing up! Growing up in Arizona, Steve Nash and the Suns made me fall in love with basketball, but Kobe was the guy I hated more than anyone! Even more when it seemed like he could do nothing wrong! The funny thing is, I cried when the Lakers beat the Celtics in 2010 lol
During his retirement tour in 2016, seeing the love and impact he made over the years, that narrative changed and weirdly won me over, even more when he scored 60 in his final game! (looking like the Kobe Bryant of old I once hated) When he died, I was shocked! I couldn't believe the guy that changed the game after MJ, the guy everyone mimicked, yelling out "Kobe" when throwing a piece of paper in the trashcan was no longer with us! Now, he is one my favorite players! His work-ethic was light-years ahead of his competition, which was the very thing I hated about him! RIP Mamba
