- After destroying my knee a few months ago riding my dirt bike, I decided to sell the KTM to buy something with a couple more wheels to enjoy in the meantime.
I went back and forth between buying a side by side or a four wheeler but in the end I think the UTV made the most sense. With the extra protection and cargo space for Diesel, I decided to get the buggy.
So in today's video we head out on a Facebook Marketplace mission to pick up a kitted out Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail, watch the full video to figure out why I made this decision!

I just bought a 2017 Arctic Cat trail yesterday.
I have never rode a sport side by side till yesterday.
I grew up with 3 and 4 wheelers.
The experience driving this thing is very different.

My little dog goes on my bike all the time. Hops in his backpack and off we go. He and I road my bmw s!000RR from florida to Seattle. He loves it.

So happy for you man. You're moving around better and you are still having fun! Never give up! So happy to see you doing what you love, even if it's with 4 wheels instead of 2! Honestly, I've NEVER had a SxS and you've seen my new one on the channel, I don't think I'll ever NOT have a SxS! They are just SO much fun! I figure ride the dirt bike, for a day, then if you want to try something different, you've got a SxS! Just got back from Bundy Hill in Jerome Michigan and man, I know it's a bit of a drive for you to come up North, but damn, talk about a fun little place! That thing being 50 inch will be an absolute ripper in the tight stuff. I have to be careful with my RMAX since it's 64 inch. Looking forward to the ride video, I have a feeling you're going to have a good time!

Good pic for a Sxs yes you will work on it some grease, oil change ,bushings normal stuff , you don’t have to carry a fire extinguisher at least
You know. At first I wasn't so sure abt it but that wildcat actually doesn't look that bad. It might not be as capable as bigger machines but for ripping down the trail it looks like a great machine. Nice video I am excited to see more!

They have door panels for the open areas and you will need them having a windshield bc the vacuum effect people say with the windshield al the vacuum makes mud and dirt water everything else come in through the door openings as long as you have a windshield check dipping diesels video on that
I’m not particularly a fan of SXS but I’m glad to see you’re staying with the hobby. I broke my wrist a while back, sold my bike and haven’t bought a new bike yet.

I don’t know much about side by sides but my wife, son and I rented one and took it on some trails by a local lake east of DFW. It was a blast! Would love to rent one in Sedona, AZ also.

@@oldmanmtb1443 we stayed a few nights at Deer Lake Cabins Ranch Resort and they had some John Deere Gators for rent there.
Be careful u can roll it easy wear a mouth peace not alot of ground clearance u bight your tongue when u hit a.rock lol I been there and when u roll it dont put your arms out to stop it because your not going to have fun with it my man👍👍

Almost bought one of these back in 2016. They are great machines and there is a small aftermarket that really wakes them up for what they are.
My cousin runs a 700 trail sport.
Its the wider longer travel suspension model. He runs 30 inch tires and mud runs its non stop. Its been excellent. In the last 4 years he's had next to no trouble with it.

Lol at the comments...some real fans up in here I see. The dude had an injury, most people would just gang it up see ya in 6 months...but AD is still getting after it anyway he can. Then, in 6 months he'll sell this (hopefully to me 😂) and be back on the bikes. I cant wait for these vids, bcuz you are right, there are not alot out there.

I'm going to buy a used 2016 sport tomorrow only has 700 miles and is clean as can be gatta test drive it and if it's good she's coming home with me. your vids helped decide man cause I was also looking at a rzr 900 trail.
I wondered what a side by side was. Looks fun. In Europe, I have a Can-Am Spyder F3-S which is awesome.
I know I guy who runs one. Performs really well ,especially for the price difference of a bigger model.
Non power steering, keep your thumbs outside of the wheel while driving. Word to the wise.

Tanner is it the 700cc model or the 1000cc model I looked up used ones to get an idea of what you paid the cheapest I found was 8500 all the way up to the 2021 model for 21,000

Just don't hit a freaking tree in that thing or roll it; your busted knee would be safer riding a cruiser on the street in Florida (77 degrees this morning) than being a nut on that thing.

Next video: I flipped my brand new sxs on its side.
It’s a lot easier to put chairs and a cooler in a side by side, that I do know.

got hurt for the first time and lost the lust huh!!?? side by sides r much safer tho just get a two person so u can take ur girl for a fun time along with ya!! maybe do a post-apocalyptic bug out type vehicle for a themed build!! do matte finish for that rugged look mayb some digital camo with a matte finish and safety clear added to the wrap to really make it pop at night time or whenever a light hits it!! itll be great man stay safe healthy and hope ya heal up mint again.. cheers,

You are going to be destroying trails with that machine. All the trails in my area are almost impossible for dirt bikes now after the side by sides came through and tore everything up. But will be interesting to see clips.
Boy sold a KTM because it kicked his butt. I guess he never realized utv and atv are more dangerous...you can't jump them like a dirt bike or dual sport. He does 35 at the most maybe 45 calls it quick lol.
Flip that AC and go buy a Honda Pioneer 50 inch 500cc SXS. That AC is problems. Check out the videos Ricer Miata posted on his that didn't last but one ride.
