    I must say. I followed Jade Shaw for a short while as well as joining groups etc. Your are by far the most detailed and humble person so far! I was whining in another comment about not getting past the numb stage. Well....I did about 49 minutes of one of your meditations. It's completely changed! I didn't AP but had the strongest feeling if I carried on....I would have been successful. The sensations were different, I heard a loud noise in my right ear at which point I kept reminding myself I'm safe, it's normal. I kept repeating your intentions and reminding myself I am more than the physical vessel etc. I also heard movement to the left of me in my bedroom. I was home alone. Again, kept reminding myself I'm safe. Everytime I did that, I felt warm and fuzzy. I also got these intense chills running up and down. Haven't had them that intense or for so long until today. My girl, I will be sticking with you from now on. Thank you for explaining in DETAIL x

    Wow Miss, you seem extremely knowledgeable on this topic. So happy to have found you. Thank you for sharing with us. I've heard that when you're in sleep paralysis you can wait for a full body vibration to start and then attempt to sit up or roll over leaving the physical body in your ethereal body, not the astral one. This is the body that goes with you when you die or transition. Could you maybe speak to us some about this. Much of what I've heard comes from Darius J Wright and Tom Cambell.

      Thank you for listening! And yesss, I don't get into it too much because a lot of people on my channel are beginners and I don't want to complicate the process to getting out of body, but your ethereal body is the densest energy body we have. It is the closest to our physical body. This is why if you ever first get out of body (or are partially out) and if feels like you don't have control, it's because it's a very dense dimension; basically overlapping with our own. The further you get away from your body and raise your vibration (which you can practice with emotion), you enter higher emotional bodies, have more awareness, control, memory, etc. So it comes with practice, learning to focus your attention and raise your energetic frequency to experience further out. I would definitely love to dive into this sometime in a video!

    Remember everyone, if you get scared and want to wake up from a sleep paralysis, just hold your breath and you’ll immediately gain control of your muscles

    Sleep paralysis is just your mind not waking up from the unconscious cycle of sleep, since dreaming takes you into that realm of the mind. The only way to lessen this is progression in meditation, since the whole point is to make the unconscious conscious. Then you will realize your true nature as that natural state of rest called turiya whether dreaming or awake, hence spiritual awakening.

    I keep dreaming about going into sleep paralysis and popping out of my body. Then I will dream about being lucid, ugh so frustrating!!

      That means you're VERY close! It shows you have saturated your mind with the idea of getting out of body. One day when you're dipping in and out of a dream, you'll wake up in sleep paralysis!

    I just cannot get past the numb stage!!!! This has been going on a month or so. I sometimes feel very very subtle vibrations but can't do anything with them and they dissapear as quick as they come. Anytime i do experience something new (physical sensations) theyre so random and dont happen again for a while

      How often do you try during naps? Often times I have the most success when I "accidentally" induce it and that's usually when I fall asleep during the day. Do you have 90 minutes - 2 hours to spare during the day? If so, that might be something to try.

      ​@@TheLucidMystic wow that was quick thank you so much! Haha well....I now have a baby, so it's well into the afternoon before I get a break and can practice. Or I can do it before bed time. I must say actually.....during the day is when I've felt the vibrations. Is the numb stage a good indicator I could be getting close? I can't find any research on that part. Thank you so much! Only just discovered you today, so will have a look through your videos

    What would you advise for someone who does night shifts 7pm - 7am. When I go home to sleep at 7am should I do the practice then or? 😅

      I would do it during YOUR morning! So if you have time after you wake up would be a great time to try! If you have any time off like on the weekends, that would be my recommendation; just so you can get some rest! But after you've had at least 4 1/2 to 6 hours of sleep is recommended. :)
