【Synopsis】: #RememberingLichuan
Xie Xiaoqiu (Jiao Junyan), a college student and working girl, meets Chinese architect Wang Lichuan (Gao Yixiang), and the two quickly fall in love. Lechuan has a handicap, but his self-reliance and determination, as well as his gentleness and thoughtfulness, captivate Xiaoqiu. Not long after, a medical report makes Li Chuan realize that his love for Xiao Qiu can't continue, so he stops all contact with her. Xiao Qiu swallowed the bitter fruit of her lost love alone. This series had all of the emotions portrayed so very well. I laughed, I cried, I was angry and hurt on their behalf. The emotional roller coaster in the final episodes almost broke me, but I think it was the best possible ending.

This drama was released four years after it had been shot. It was an open ending, in which we couldn't tell if the leading actor really died or recovered. However, he had an accident in a show and died. So, even the audience hoped the director to produce the second series, it couldn't be done because the leading man was really dead in real world. They planned to have another man to star the leading man. But the audience couldn't accept it. The feeling wasn't right. Nobody could be Li Chuan only Godfrey Gou could.

A beautiful but sad love story. The actors were great, one of the best drama, a pure love that i watched. I cried a lot,but i love the feeling becoz of true love portrayed by actors. What a beautiful love and sad story..
A beautiful story. More poignant because Gao is no longer with us. The emotions this series brought me both painful and beautiful. I lost my husband to cancer and remembered that hard journey but also the incredible memories. My son told me to "move forward" which he said it's different than "moving on" because he said it's a state of mind. My other son just holds me even now, 7 years later, when I break down and cry. Rest in paradise Gao.

I’ve watched from the beginning, I came to realize that scenes halfway till the end of this episode (38) is only a throwback right after Li Chuan left to Zurich for medical reason while Xie Xiao trying to organize herself to move to Kunming and settle down.
What a waste of precious time. Literally spent 3/4 of the show fighting and telling her to go away, falling sick, getting stressed out, when the time and energy could have been better used to nurse his health with her by his side, and with joy and happiness, his recovery would have been better.
Agree. Noble idiot. Should spend the precious time you've got left with the one you love instead of pushing them away or hiding the truth from them.

I randomly watched a clip yesterday and up till now i saw all episode. My God what a mix of emotions. Smiling is a crime to me and she is managing laughter. How? I know she is an actress but she is a human too. I'll be dead by now under these circumstances. Never tried to watch it again. Can't take it
This really a tear jeker. 80% of the scenes made me cry. I loved both female and male leads. Superb acting and gorgeous.

This story is funny in the beginning & good but I don' agree with the ending. It brings so much sorrow & saddness; no hopes at all to one that is sick. It should of bring hopes to one that is sick & has that disease so they can keep on fighting for hopes.

Why didnt she just move to zurick? People should not make decisions about other people's lives. He should have told her and giving her the option as to what she wanted to do especially, when he came back after four years. He allowed his ex, his friends, and his family to be there and take care of him. He should have allowed her to if she wanted to.

上一集到这结集的开头以为是终于苦尽甘来了，结果这昆明的三年后王沥川回来只是他对故事的期望。真正结局是王沥川还是走了。我替他们可惜这五年的分开，如果什么都不管是有五年时间相守，或者更久一些，不是说病人的意志力很重要吗？谢小秋离开以后他不也走了。
我可以理解王沥川的坚持，所以他如愿了，谢小秋成全他翻篇了也做到了，把所有回忆的点滴都丢了。但怎么觉得她的心还是苦的...😢
