A bit late to this but the band for this is apparently called Supernova Syndicate and as far as I know this was their only song before they just vanished. Literally looking up the band only results in this song and nothing about them. I am aware that some bands did really good because of this game and I wanna say one ended up pretty much disbanding to just full-on work for Capcom. Rambled, but I don't see why capcom wouldn't allow this song in Streamer Mode when the band is just, like, non-existent
