    Wow this was awesome! Excellent job! I learned some things too... I had no idea you could cut sheathing with a utility knife or that you can take the curl out of wire by twisting it. And it never would have occurred to me to use the table saw to rip down the cardboard. Super cool, man! Thanks for taking the time and making the video. And I busted out laughing at the end. lol

    Pretty neat guy! Try a 2 inch thick eucalyptus log the width you want. I made one using that wood and it was great!

    I didn't know that about straight ingredients wire! I use it to twist 2 electrical wires to together but not for that! thanks I'm putting that in my mental toolbox for future use!

    I made a 3.5 foot wide one back in art college 90-91. Used blue foam and canvas and 6(?) guage wire.

    Hi, very nice build. One short question im interested in:
    Why did you change from TIG to MIG during the construction process?

      Good question. The wire for the dartboard was galvanized and the zinc layer was causing trouble with the TIG. So I tried the MIG and had better luck. Thanks for watching!
