Hosting Multiple Websites on Your Hosting Account
Deluxe and Ultimate hosting accounts can host multiple websites.
Point the Domain Name's DNS to Your Hosting Account
If the domain name you added and hosting is in the same customer account, GoDaddy automatically updates the domain name's nameservers, so the website starts resolving in 24-48 hours.
However, if the domain name is in another customer account or if it's registered elsewhere, you must manually update the domain name's nameservers.
However, if the domain name is on another customer account. you must manually update the domain name's IP address.
That's it. Remember, if you just added the Secondary domain name to your hosting account, it can take 24-48 hours before you can see your changes on the Internet.

@TechnoDummy. Hi, Delegate access is far enough to work on or either you can grant FTP credentials to upload a new website.

Help to understand please: you changed name servers of musictute, but you didn't show that you changed IP address in {manage DNS} section. Did you actually change it? I mean, Did you add IP Address and Host name and TTL? kindly let me know please. If you did, then, tell me: what did you write in Host name? is it '@' sign? and How many seconds did you put in TTL? because in hostgator TTL minimum requirement is showing 7200

@Neo Banderas. There is no need to change or modify the IP Address. Because, When you update the name servers of a particular domain. That means that an original hosting provider no longer parks the domain.
After updating the nameserver, I just added that particular domain as an addon domain in the cPanel. Just like as I mentioned in the above video session.

incapio: Why I asked you these questions: Because after addon my domain in my godaddy hosting and I did what you have shown in this video, I go to browser and check my website: it says ‘safari couldn’t find the server’. Thats why I added IP address of my primery domain to the A Records of addon domain. Still I don’t know why browser couldn’t find the server?!?

@Neo Banderas. Kindly, Check your domain DNS Propagation. As per your hosting provider. Sometimes DNS proportion should take around 24 hours. Follow the link below.
      www.whatsmydns.net/
Check that the domain is propagated around the globe. Or else, Contact me via support desk.

@@incapio Thank you, I had the same issue, I guess I'll just wait some more, I checked the DNS propagation on the site you recommended, and I can see it's only in two locations at the moment. Thanks again, this tutorial was very helpful :)

So I waited 72h, still nothing. Got a friend to help me figure out what was wrong; the NS we copied at first from the initial domain won't necessarily be the same for the new domain, so what you actually have to do, is click on "manage all domains", find the new add-on domain you added, "manage dns", look what NS they are giving for that particular domain and then copy those and use them to replace the NS instead. Tried that and within 24h everything was fixed. In case that can help anyone running into the same problem as me in the future!

Hi , How i can create separate login password for each domain in mulitple hosting godaddy ?

    • @incapio
      @incapio  6 років тому

@SIT SOFT, Hello, That isn't possible. In a traditional shared hosting environment, the cPanel password is used to login into your account. The cPanel password is your primary password to access all the domains hosted under one hosting plan. Instead of using cPanel password, Create FTP accounts to different domains and use those credentials to log in.
