This isn’t the 70’s times have changed. Modern coaches are in style and are dominating the league. All the old style coaches are suffering in the current league with the exception of Reid

The ultimate player coaches seem to have a lot of success in the AFC North. One of them has never had a losing season in his entire career and both of them have championships but go off. He also has 2 championships while working under player coaches if you know anything about this man 🤦🏾♂️
